APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If you are ready to proceed with the application for an IBC and/or a Trust, please complete the necessary application forms from the list below and send them by fax to us at: 501-822-2989.

Please ensure that all forms are completed in full and duly signed where requested and are accompanied by the necessary supporting documents.

International Business Companies (IBC's):

a) IBC Application Form.
b) General Indemnity Form.
c) Notarised copy of drivers' licence or passport and proof of residence for applicant, any individual Shareholder, Director or Authorised Agent (e.g. utility bill).
d) If the Shareholder, Director or Authorised Agent is another company, then please provide certified copies of all company documents as well as the documents requested in c) above for each individual person authorised to act on behalf of that company.

Trusts:

a) Trust Application Form.

b) General Indemnity Form.

c) Notarised copy of drivers' licence or passport and proof of residence for applicant, settlor and beneficiaries.

d) Declaration of Source of Funds (for each transfer to the Trust).
